Take a small amount of SHAMPOO with fingers or a spatula, dissolve it in your hands with a little water, and massage it into wet scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly.

Next, take a small amount of CONDITIONER, dissolve in your hands with a little water and massage it onto the lengths. Leave in place 3/5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
