On clean, damp hair - prep your locks with Beauty Works Blowdry Creme or a heat protectant.Hold The Hair Dryer by the handle and select your desired temperature followed by the airflow control for your desired speed.Select your styling attachment dependent on your desired finish, clicking into place before sectioning hair and starting to dry.Repeat on all sections until hair is fully dry.For a bouncy blowout, dry hair until 80% dry before sectioning hair into 1.5-2 inch, medium sized sections. Starting from the end of each section, place the brush at the root and direct the airflow and heat from your dryer onto the barrel. Slowly move the brush down the section, maintaining tension as you move, continuing to direct the heat at the barrel until you reach the end. Repeat the process on full head until all hair is styled.Top Tip - To add volume to straight styles, wrap your ends around the blowdry brush, styling on a high heat setting followed by the cool shot to set the style in place.SELECTING THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE FOR YOUR HAIR TYPE AND BEAUTY WORKS EXTENSIONS
Use the guide below to select the perfect styling temperature for your hair-type. This is a guide and we always recommend that you start on a lower temperature and increase gradually should you require additional heat.
80°C - 150°C - Very fine and fragile hair
150°C - 170°C - Fine, coloured, highlighted hair & Beauty Works extensions
170°C - 180°C - Normal, healthy textured hair
180°C - 190°C - Natural, curly and wavy textured hair
190°C - 220°C - Thick, coarse textured hair
